Drug lord El Chapo’s Sons Enforce Lockdown in Mexican City and send their henchmen to brutally torture violators who break 10pm curfew

The sons of infamous drug lord Joaquín ‘El Chapo’ Guzmán have been enforcing a ‘curfew’ in place on the citizens of the city of Culiacán, northwestern Mexico, due to the coronavirus crisis.

The sons, known as ‘Los Chapitos’ or ‘the little Chapo’s’, have taken steps to ‘authorize’ any who don’t conform to the 10 p.m. time limit and have even sent their partners in crime to torment anybody discovered breaking it.

Iván Archivaldo Guzmán and Jesús Alfredo’s men have posted recordings of themselves watching the roads in vehicles, which has then been shared online by concerned Mexicans.

‘Following ten PM, all the individuals must be inside their homes due to the coronavirus, else, they will be rebuffed, these are orders ‘from above (from Los Chapitos)’, one voice can be heard saying in the video.

‘This is no game, we’re not playing.’

In a different video, an obvious authority for the cartel says ‘anyone got after 10 o’clock, if not a basic specialist, will be ‘lifted’ for two days (and face loading up), and should pay a fine.’

Despite El Chapo being incarcerated, his influence in Mexico is still felt. While his family has a reputation for violance, his daughter has reportedly been organizing the distribution of PPE to people vulnerable to the coronavirus. The cartel members say that only those essential workers returning home after their workday will be allowed on the streets during the curfew.
